My Story...
Olá! I'm Giselle, and I've been teaching Portuguese to students from all corners of the world for over 6 years. My journey began in 2020 at the Federal University of Paraíba, in the Portuguese Language Teaching degree program, where I taught Portuguese not only to Brazilians but also to foreign exchange students who wanted to pass the Celpe-Bras (Brazil’s Portuguese proficiency exam). That’s when I fell in love with my work.

How long is each lesson?
Each private class is 50 minutes, one-on-one with Giselle.
How many lessons should I take?
The number of lessons you take depends on your goals and schedule. Giselle offers flexible scheduling to fit your needs.
What is the schedule like?
Giselle offers flexible scheduling to fit your needs. You can schedule your classes through Calendly by choosing a time that works best for you.
How do I reschedule a class?
To reschedule a class, simply contact Giselle via message or email using the details provided in your booking. She will help you find a new time and send you a new scheduling link.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance, we will refund you 100% of the lesson.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are not available for private classes if the cancellation is made less than 24 hours in advance. However, you can reschedule your class whenever you want, if needed.
What is the payment policy?
Payments are securely processed through Stripe. You can pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. After completing your payment, you can easily schedule your classes through Calendly by choosing a time that works best for you.
